Tenant - Work Order Request

A work order request is a means for you to submit a standard service request to your landlord and Agent (not meant for Vital Service Emergency – Pls call). These request can be for almost anything related to the property or your lease.

**We ask and it is preferable for tenants to use the Resident Portal to submit their request, if at all possible – RENTCAFE.com**

Should you not be able to access your tenant portal, you can complete the Tenant Work Order Form below and our team will submit your request onto the portal on your behalf.

When completing a manual Work Order Request through the form below, please note that we request and require the 5 Ws answers in order to help us process your request as quickly as possible.

If this information is missing, our team will contact you within 1 to 3 business days.

The 5 W’s are:

  • Who (who is calling and what property)
  • What (what is the issue, in details, if an appliance provide make and model)
  • Where (location of the issue and affected area)
  • When (when did this occur)
  • How (what happened leading to the issue or caused the issue)

Thank you and we look forward to helping you with your request.

Under our Agreement with your LANDLORD, please note that LarocquePM is NOT the party responsible for the condition of the rental property and or premises. Your AGENT acts as a Proxy and is here to support both the TENANT and the LANDLORD in sharing reports, communications, notices and/or work order request between both parties. In some cases, (ie: emergency or incidents) LarocquePM does have the authority to contact 3rd party contractors and service providers to assist in the resolution of the issue. Thank you for your understanding.
