Larocque Property Management is an Ottawa-based property management company. It was founded on the principle of treating our clients’ properties as if they are our own. As property owners and landlords, we know what is important – transparent and accurate accounting and professional relations, a clean and well-maintained property, and keeping expenses low while still providing high-quality service. What Makes Us Unique & Different
If you have a property to rent we are the company for the job. Instead of hiring a realtor for your rental, benefit from our full term service for the same price. Our fee is only 8% (+tax) of the rental income collected (No Rent, No Charge!). Our VERY Competitive Property Management Rate is equivalent to approximately one month’s rent, which is the standard for the industry just to find a tenant, not including whatever fee they charge to manage + the other costs they would usually add on top.
GREAT SERVICE & COMPETITIVE PRICE
Property management services all year round for the cost of 1 month’s rent (8% +hst of monthly rent collected).
Our Monthly Property Management Fee is only charged if the unit is rented “only pay if you get paid”.
Our only additional cost in regards to base services is our minimum $25.00 monthly service fee which is charged per door or unit each month. The economy of scale is available for the multifamily complexes to add additional savings to our landlord members
