Only Pay Us When You Get Paid
We work with you throughout the term of our Agreement and ensure your property is rented. Unlike the industry’s current standards, if your property becomes vacant for any reasons, you will not be required to pay any additional fees or charges to benefit from our continued services, including acquiring new tenant(s) for your rental. Our fee is only applicable when you have a successful tenant and only during the active tenancy.
No Risk Commitment & Agreement
We understand the importance of your investment and we want to assure and provide you with a NO RISK (cancel anytime) property management agreement for your rental property.

Larocque Property Management offers a Full Base Service package with No Finders Fees. We also offer discounts on multifamily complex based on the total amount of properties which are to be managed
Base Service Package: 8% + $25.00/door – NO FINDERS FEE
Our Service Package includes All Services you would expect and more. Our rate is only 8% + tax of the rental monthly amount collected (no rent = no 8% charge) and there are No Finders Fees (no rental fee unlike the competition to advertise, process viewing and screening service to find and secure your tenant).
Remember, you Only Pay If You Get Paid, if a tenancy ends early, you will continue to benefit from our services, including finding a new tenant(s) at No Additional Cost. Note that we do have a membership monthly recurring fee of $25.00/unit which includes continual services during a vacancy and helps cover our cost of 24/7 emergency support and more.
Your Agent
Your agent will provide a positive and constructive two way communication between yourself and your tenants as the communication agent. Good communication will benefit all parties involved and ensure respect of person, respect of the lease agreement conditions and terms, including support for legislation and local authorities rules and by-laws applicable to your area and rental.
